Computer Engineer, Computer Vision Software and Hardware

Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business.

The Team:
The Lab presides within the Automated Content team at Sportradar. We develop solutions that integrate the latest technology around the computer vision and artificial intelligence space as it pertains to sport. Streaming efficient, low latency information inferenced from both on-premise and remote neural networks and collecting high fidelity sensor signals for later analysis are our current areas of focus.

The Role:
You will design and improve the devices, software, and processes we use for computer vision inferencing and data forwarding at the edge. Your role is cross disciplined and will require integrating software, gpus, optics, power, networking, and embedded devices.

Qualifications, all desired, none required:

• C / C++
• OpenGL, SDL2, Boost, FFmpeg, OpenCV, TensorFlow, GStreamer
• Python (PyTorch, numpy, matplotlib, jupyter, pandas)
• Hardware (GPUs, custom PC builds, embedded systems, cameras, lenses, PoE, fiber, wireless)
• Linux
• Docker
• AWS
• CDNs
• Video / Audio (HLS, DASH, SRT, rtmp)

You are also ...

• Comfortable with modern software development methodologies such as agile development, Git, code review, etc;
• Autonomous, creative, and a team player;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Wiling to learn new technologies;
• Able to work with the team across multiple locations;
