We have a fantastic lineup of experiments featuring; Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Data Modelling, Distributed Systems, Natural Language Processing, Bots, Privacy, Voice Recognition, Semantic Search, Cloud, Mobile and more.

Based in Glasgow, we are recruiting for Data Scientists.

The R&D team’s domain is the intersection of maturing technologies and business challenges where there isn’t a clear answer to the question “can this technology help our clients”.

You will contribute to our industrial research and experimental development to generate proof of concept implementations in support of evidence-based answers to that question.

Our output informs decision making on product roadmaps, so your work will be deeply significant for Bigtincan and our clients.

For the role of Data Scientist within the R&D team we are also looking for;

• Demonstrable expertise in statistics, data visualisation and building Machine Learning models
• An informed practitioner, aware of advances and challenges in Data Science
• Experience of building models in challenging data environments
• High calibre collaboration and communication as part of a cross-functional team
• Ability to document and clearly explain choices, challenges and outcomes
• if you have Image Processing / Computer Vision experience we will offer an immediate interview
