Job Description

Main objective of the job

• As Data Engineer/Data Analyst you will take over Data Analytics projects related to different Master Data classes to measure their impact on operative processes and enhance the service quality for the Global Business Service unit within Bosch;
• You design and implement data models in state-of-the-art database technologies and are responsible for their operations;
• Together with our internal customers you discuss business needs and derive the technical requirements.

Main attributions and responsibilities

• Design and implementation of SQL data models in an Azure Synapse Analytics Platform;
• Design, build and run of an integrated and reliable data analytics platform together with our frontend experts;
• Identification of process-related data in the source systems;
• Coordination of data integration from SAP ERP and central master data systems into our analytics platform;
• Ensure operations and support coordination of the implemented data models;
• Collaboration as part of an international virtual team working in an agile approach;
• Coordination with internal Partner and Stakeholders (master data owners, corporate IT, source system experts);
• Fulfill the requirements of business partners and stakeholders in terms of time, scope and quality.

Qualifications

• University Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or similar;
• Language: Romanian and English advanced;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SQL data modelling and data analytics;
• Usage of GIT, SSMS and/or Oracle SQL Developer;
• Expertise with MS Azure, MS SQL-database, Power BI as a plus;
• Basic Knowledge of SAP ERP data structures and processes;
• Analytical skills and logical thinking;
• Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility;
• Problem solving attitude;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• Customer focus;
• Team Player.
