Job Description

Key responsibilities: 

• Manage people metrics and reporting for the global organization;  
• Provide required additional quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends;  
• Partner with direct team members as well as IT Engineering stakeholders to ensure high-quality people data warehouse; 
• Participate in the development and implementation of the people data governance, and ensure people data quality; 
• Support the design of people dashboards across all people management disciplines; 
• Participate and operationally support implementation, maintenance and development of internally used people technology solutions; 
• Participate in projects with an impact on people data maintenance, including mass data updates, and participation in the metrics establishment process. 

To succeed in this role, you should have:  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, business or another relevant field; 
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; 
• Proficiency with MS Office tools; 
• 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools, preferably MS Power BI; 
• 2+ years of experience in research, data analyses and creating analytical reports that support business decisions/outcomes; 
• Developed skills in data collection, analyses and interpretation; 
• Individual ability to prepare data dashboards; 
• Well-developed social skills, customer focus, accuracy and high level accountability.
