As part of our Professional Services unit, the Corporate Data Management Practice helps organisations to strike a balance between risks and productivity by designing and implementing solutions aimed at improving overall information management, thus empowering our customers to govern and protect sensitive and business-critical corporate data in line with their regulatory and compliance requirements.

Our team is currently expanding and looking to recruit world-class Consultants and Architects with a passion for delivering effective solutions that meet customer requirements, with particular focus on leveraging their current or future investment in Microsoft Cloud technologies.

Requirements

Working within a fast-growing, dynamic and talented team of Consultants and Architects, the role requires you to be a strong team player, highly motivated and passionate about delivering successful customer solutions.


Duties of the role include all key consultative aspects required to represent Sword in front of our customers to conduct assessments, delivering Art of the Possible sessions, writing documentation and participate in designing and implementing world-class solutions aligned to customer requirements.


In addition, you will be expected to support presales activities and be a contributor to the continuous development of our offerings and running of strategic initiatives to improve our services.


Role Requirements


Passionate about gaining experience in delivering solutions based on Microsoft features with a background on working with SharePoint Server and ideally SharePoint Online and exposure to the following:

SharePoint Server/SharePoint Online Administration
Data Migrations to SharePoint Server and/or SharePoint Online


Preferred, but not required:

Workflows (SharePoint and/or PowerAutomate)
PnP site provisioning
PowerShell scripting
PowerBI Reporting
Information Protection

  • 3+ years of being part of a team delivering Microsoft 365 based solutions for a range of customers, from mid-market to Enterprise scale
  • Knowledge and understanding of architectural components of SharePoint 2013+ and SharePoint Online
  • Passionate about learning to produce high quality documentation and solution artefacts
  • A desire to be involved in pre-sales activities, including supporting the production of proposals, SoWs, high-level designs, RFP responses, roadmaps and strategies.
  • Working towards achieving Microsoft Certification SC-400 and SC-900 or MS-500
