📈 About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our global team at Localyze! In this role, you'll be turning data for sales and product into compelling insights for our leadership team, helping them make better decisions and drive our mission to create a borderless world.

Get ready to analyse the impact of our strategic initiatives on key metrics, analyse how these initiative contribute to our core OKRs and product strategy, set up and own end-to-end dashboard development, and maintain our existing dashboards in production using Metabase. You'll even have the opportunity to identify new opportunities, manage stakeholder reporting expectations, and influence Localyze partners to take action.

As our first Senior Data Analyst, you will:

• Develop a thorough understanding of specific areas of the business and the key metrics to drive data-driven performance measurement of product strategies.
• Create key performance indicators (KPIs) based on business requirements and align them with the key stakeholders.
• Generate reports and presentations of the findings to promote a data-driven organisation.
• Analyse data sets to identify trends and patterns that can be translated into actionable insights.
• Collect data from various sources using SQL and assess the data's quality.
• Collaborate with analytical engineers to build data products, provide clear documentation, and ensure the quality of data models.
• Apply technical expertise to perform quantitative and statistical analysis, conduct experiments, and mine data.
• Present findings in an easy-to-understand manner to inform data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain a robust communication network with key stakeholders.

💫 About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B SaaS startup industry.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Airflow, Docker, BigQuery, Metabase, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
• A self-driven, hands-on, and highly motivated approach to work with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• The ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team leadership experience is a plus!
