Job OverviewThe Supply Chain Analyst will work from within multiple groups within the Supply Chain Organization at Fluence. The primary role of this position is to own and manage the enterprise system(ERP, CMMS, SRM, CRM, etc) across Fluence’s fleet of energy storage systems. This person is responsible for supporting global operations by managing their sites, handling asset data accuracy, equipment hierarchy, maintenance schedules, system, KPI, OKR, Metrics, Reports and Analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities·       Ensures all procedures are developed, understood, and followed consistently throughout Fluences·       Work with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports, and completing projects and tasks·       Take ownership and responsibility for projects, tasks, and work assigned to you.·       Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools·       The role also requires the SC Analyst to train and hold accountable regional teams and other internal and external stakeholders on effective enterprise system usage.·       Take ownership and responsibility for projects, tasks, and work assigned to you. Requirements·       Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Supply Chain·       Proficient in Microsoft Office mainly Excel·       Working Knowledge of Netsuite is an advantage·       Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools and Technical Languages (Incorta, PowerBI, DAX, SQL, Phyton) is an advantage·       Basic knowledge of procurement functions and experience working with collaborators at senior leadership and functional groups·       highly organized with strong attention to detail·       You have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.·       2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain·       Work from Home but willing to work in Taguig if neededFluence IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and fully subscribes to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity to ensure that all applicants and employees are considered for hire, promotion, and job status without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, marital or familial status.
