Job Description

The Omnichannel Customer Engagement & Data Analytics is a member of Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) department.

Principal Accountabilities

A. Omnichannel Customer Engagement

  • Driving innovation through scoping, presentation and implementation of new digital projects and tools.
  • Design and Implementation of Customer Engagement Plans in collaboration with Brand Teams.
  • Preparation of digital assets in collaboration with marketing, market access, and medical teams as well as external agencies.
  • Manage the Global Portal Solution:
  1. Project Management.
  2. Work in company processes with different internal stakeholders.
  3. Support on PRC review of promotional materials.
  4. External vendor management.
  5. Editorial Plan and media planning to have the web updated and promoted.
  • Work in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders adding value through key insights contributing to lead the digital transformation.
  • Budget management.

B. Data Analytic

  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Analysis of multichannel campaigns execution to improve results and optimize channel use.
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
  • Ability to understand social media platforms and how to use them to distribute content, gain more links and build successful campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Economic or Business Administration, Engineer or IT degree.
  • Preferably some experience in Digital marketing (3 - 4 years of experience).
  • Solid English command.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, optimistic, can-do attitude is a must and flexible.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Be a team player and good communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
  • The capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects.
