IBM Data Integration Developer

Definitive Logic is currently seeking an experienced IBM Data Integration Developer to assist our team in helping our clients drive business value. 
What you'll get to do:
· Be a leader in our high performing team that designs, develops, implements, and maintains applications using the latest tools, technologies, and techniques.· Help our customers enhance their analytic capabilities and the way they integrate, manage, and use their data by creating modern applications.· Operate as a trusted advisor that helps the Technology and Data Solutions (TDS) Practice and its customers achieve their goals. 

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth· Provide sustainment and maintenance support for existing applications using Test Driven Development (TDD) techniques· Participate in large system and subsystem planning and all aspects of software development including design, development, documentation, testing, implementation, and deployment· Develop technical designs and specifications for complex software solutions for customers.· Use software development technologies and tools to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems· Develop new features in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements· Ensure high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design· Work with agile development methodologies adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities· Collaborate with team members via MS Teams, Zoom, Git/Azure DevOps comments, documents, and frequent video conferences· Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys making a difference through technical contributions· Stimulate new ideas and offer out-of-the-box thinking· Provide technical leadership to lower-level developers· Interact with customers, vendors, and external development partners as necessary· Perform other tasks as assigned 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BS Degree preferably but relevant experienced considered
• Minimum of eight years hands-on software engineering experience
• Experience with Java development technologies
• Experience with Web Services Development and SOAP
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and Liberty profile
• Experience with IBM DataPower
• Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB), App Connect Enterprise (ACE), and WebSphere MQ
• Experience with IBM InfoSphere for Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience with IBM CloudPac (ICP)
• Experience with development tools such as Rational Application Developer, Rational Software Architect and/or Eclipse IDEs
• Experience with relational database technologies, particularly Oracle
• Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with the Air Force A1 Service Oriented Architecture (A1 SOA)
• Experience with projects that include cloud solutions implemented in Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud
• Experience with projects that include cloud solutions implemented in AWS Air Force Cloud One
• Experience in solution modernization and/or migration to the cloud
• Experience in CI/CD and DevSecOps solutions
• Experience with static code analysis tools such as Checkmarx, SonarQube, and Fortify SCA
