Services Operations Intern, Data Analytics

This role requires you to be located in the Bay Area and you will be required to be in the office (two times a week) at our HQ in Sunnyvale,CA.

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Services Operations Intern who will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. The candidate will also be responsible for presenting and explaining the value of their work to the organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collect and analyze data from various sources using tools such as Domo, Coveo, and Salesforce

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business operations

• Work closely with the Services Operations team to provide insights and recommendations for improvements

• Develop and maintain reports along with visualizations that showcase the value of the insights gained from data analysis

• Communicate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand business needs

Requirements: 

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field, such as data analytics, computer science, or business

• Knowledge or strong interest of data analytics 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Range:

$ 30-$45/hr
