Job Description

Industry 4.0 Solution Design & Development in Manufacturing set up

• Drive Connectivity for OPCON / Non-OPCON MAEs. Using project management methods for following connectivity roadmap & interaction with multiple stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for applying Digitization and Data Science techniques to address the organizations’ objectives and pain areas
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and problem statements.  
• Develop Data Processing Solutions for Solving the business problems and deploy for usage by end users. 
• Enable users to identify and implement additional use cases from I4.0 Solutions 

Business Insights & Continuous Benefit Realization 

• Work closely with manufacturing teams to derive insights and business benefits from analytics' models developed and deployed.  
• Improve effectiveness of the solution by constantly monitoring the usage of solutions and fine tuning the same as per business needs 

Organization's Skill Building 

• To study and assess the organization business users' skill gaps in Industry 4.0 context. 
• Design and deploy relevant trainings and hands-on sessions to increase the Digitalization and Data Analytics capabilities in the business teams to help have better use case ideation and implementations. 

Qualifications

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or Mechanical Engg or Mechatronics or Electronics Engg
• Masters in Statistics / Data Science will be preferable
• Strong skills in any of the Business Intelligence Platforms (Power BI/Tableau). 
• Exposure to usage of Python or equivalent

Experience - 2 to 3 years as Data Analyst

• In depth Knowledge in Statistics, Hypothesis development and testing
