MLOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team. As a MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning workflows, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our ML models. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining our infrastructure, optimizing our data pipelines, and working closely with our data scientists to deploy and monitor models in production.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement machine learning workflows for our ML models;
• Develop and maintain our ML infrastructure;
• Optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality and scalability;
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and monitor ML models in production;
• Develop and implement best practices for testing, versioning, and deployment of ML models;
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise;
• Ensure the security and compliance of our ML infrastructure;
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in MLOps and ML engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in MLOps, ML engineering, or a related field;
• Strong experience with Python and related ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch;
• Experience with AWS cloud platform;
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform;
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) stack such as NLTK, spaCy, or Gensim;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD);
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
