Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Utility Billing/Data Analysts to join our Managed Services team. You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Specifically, you will be responsible for setting up new billing clients, entering and reviewing utility consumption data, Data reconciliations and auditing the data received from various parties. You will assist with customer service and support relating to invoice consumption/network consumption data inquiries from our clients.

As a Billing/Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing/reconciling billing data, identifying anomalies, and implementing proactive data solutions, providing specialized analytical services.
• Collating and analyzing invoices.
• Resolving complex account and meter data exceptions; and
• Ad-hoc reports on billing data related queries daily.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years proven analysis experience in a similar role
• HND or Bachelors' in a relevant discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills & data management capabilities
• Sound knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity.
• Fast learner who can think on their feet.
• Competent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation and influencing skills that will build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
