THE ROLEWe're looking for a Fulfillment Senior Data Analyst for our international team of Fulfillment Design. You'll be responsible for setting up a central database for operational performance analysis of our 3PL suppliers, that supports our projects and enables decisions. Also you’ll be responsible to set up the reports and operational dashboards needed to share with our 3P customers,  based on BI tools. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work with our operational teams to select the KPIs, connect with 3PL to define how to collect that data from their systems and set up the database that will support analysis, comparison between warehouses and identify future improvement needs;
  • Based on customers needs and internal capabilities, set up the dashboards with the information to share with our 3P customers, improving their journey with our fulfillment centers;
  • Set up, for each project and side by side with the project designer, the cockpit with the right information to share between all stakeholders through the different phases of a project;
  • Create reports and dashboards that support our project activities and follow-up until BAU;
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders all around the globe, on different types of projects;
  • Support the build of business cases by using the proper numbers from the database;
  • Be a continuous improvement agent, understanding problems, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions in operations and processes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4+ years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, E-commerce or similar;
  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Management or other relevant degree;
  • Strong analytical background, independent in excel, macros, SQL and BigQuery;
  • Used to build and work with visualization tools (e.g.: Tableau, Looker, Power BI);
  • Experience working with ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus;
  • Fluent in English, minimum C1 level is recommended;
  • Knowledgeable in Lean or related continuous improvement tools and techniques in a plus;
  • Able to deliver engaging presentations, including managing workshops with cross functional teams;
  • Ability to work independently , securing all deliverables of the data stream of a project.
