Job Description

About You 
We’re looking for NodeJS developer to create highly scalable backend applications. Collaborate with frontend, designers and product owners to identify product requirements and design backend solutions that meet business needs.  

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Desirable Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer  Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as Data Analyst.
• Proven experience in SQL, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Analytical skills to parse through various data sources to track against business KPIs .
• Knowledge of retail supply chain and business practices.
• Knowledge of functional domain and scenarios; business data requirements; database technologies.
• Effective communication skills.
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Build and articulate the business case and return on investment and delivers work that has demonstrable value.  
• Help identify the most suitable source for data. 
• Perform advance analysis from various data sources to create a baseline of the entire network (daily flow paths, volumes, costs). 
• Experience with different operating systems and tools: Power BI 
• Create input files to run various simulation scenarios. 
• Validate the outputs from the simulation models to ensure that all business rules are followed Identify areas of opportunities/ gaps /failure points in existing systems.
