This role requires you to be located in the Bay Area and you will be required to be in the office at our HQ (Sunnyvale,CA).

What is a Data Analyst?  

Data Analysts are focused on turning complex data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. They communicate with diverse teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and executives and deliver high quality analytics insights with the ability to derive actions that can be integrated into different workflows.

What You’ll Do:   

Work with the Customer Success organization to understand the reporting and data needs and drive a holistic and scalable approach towards solving multiple use cases.   

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using SQL and Domo and provide ongoing reports and dashboards.   

Some of the key activities you will be working on:  

  • Identifying and reporting data bugs and system issues.  

  • Defining and creating a data catalog for data governance.   

  • Identifying and documenting process gaps.  

  • Building reports and dashboards   

  • Collaborating with IT and other organizations to resolve issues  

Who You'll Work With:    

You will represent the Customer Success organization and work cross-functionally with Service Ops, BizApps(IT), Sales Ops, and Pricing Ops and play a key role in transforming Illumio by developing and implementing analytic models and intelligent automation to drive us toward a data-driven digital organization.    

Who we are looking for:   

We are seeking candidates with high energy who possess the following skills and experience:   

  • SQL (Joins, Subqueries)  

  • Excel (functions, vlookup)  

  • Passed a programming language course

Including but not limited to an upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification program from a Technical Boot Camp, Community College, or 4-Year University.

Pay Range:

$ 45/hr

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
