Job Description

Controlling (CTG) is responsible for plant's controlling and business planning. CTG consists of 2 sections, 1) Product Costing (CTG2); and 2) Profitability and Overhead Controlling and Administration (CTG3).

CTG supports the plant management by offering support to the operating departments and monitoring plant operations progress. We promptly inform and advise decision-makers.

Job Descriptions:

• Builds and maintains statistical and machine learning models
• Collects and analyses data with cutting-edge methods to gain new insights (e.g., AI, Predictive analytics, Data & Process Mining)
• Responsible for data quality
• Implements and further develops controlling IT
• Collaborates closely with Business Partners and Management
• Supports decision process by recognition of data patterns and trends
• Supports as system reporting and closing specialists

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration and Information Technology and Information System.
• At least 3-5 years professional working experience in manufacturing environment and MNC, of which minimum 2 years working experience in overhead planning and controlling.
• Team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven, result and future oriented.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills.
• Highly analytical.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power point; and
• Very good in English language both in writing and oral.
