Job Description
Role: Project Manager: Data-led technologies (AI/ML, CV, IoT)
Job Description:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing data-led technology projects (AI/ML/NLP). You will work across data science, engineering, sales teams, and domain experts throughout the lifecycle of projects: from proposal to closure. Your key responsibilities include:
•    Manage the continuous improvement of data science and machine learning led initiatives by following industry best practices and staying up to date with and extending the state-of-the-art in data science research.
•    Provide technical leadership and manage AI/ML teams with diverse talents and responsibilities.
•    Identify opportunities and lead teams of Blockchain, implementing AI solutions on Edge IoT devices.
•    Manages and leads team, communicates goals and objectives, provides iterative feedback and monitors performance of team members.
•    Contributes to the growth of the organization in hiring, training, and mentoring teams for growth and competency development.
•    Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the department and the organization.
•    Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the department.
•    Developing a budget, operating plan for the program, evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
•    Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
•    Ensuring project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
•    Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
•    Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Anticipating program risks and mitigation plans.
Requirements:
•    10+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, with at least 3 years of experience managing projects with AI/ML.
•    Proven experience in productionizing AI/ML/NLP/CV projects
•    Hands-on skills in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data using distributed computing platform.
•    Familiarity of data architecture requirements and conceptual approaches for deploying algorithmic solutions in Big Data productive environments.
•    Demonstrated experience in managing software technology programs.
•    Proven experience delivering solutions to customers and managing teams.
•    Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, SAFe etc.
•    Domain expertise in mobility, industry 4.0 would be a bonus.

MTech,MS,BE,BTech or MCA

Additional Information

• Good to have:
  •    Experience with SQL and NoSQL DBs, Version control tools like Git/Bitbucket, building CI/CD pipelines for ML projects, dockerizing microservices
  •    Experience managing Computer Vision / NLP projects
  •    Experience in frameworks to depict interpretability of models and MLOps.
  •    Understanding of APM tools like Splunk/ELK/EFK/Kibana etc
  •    Good to have experience with any of the cloud platforms - AWS/GCP/Azure
