Sr. Data Analytics Developer

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from various sources to provide insights that will support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Domo and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Domo that visually communicate data insights to management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts and documentation of data analytics solutions including data models, data flows and data mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success and renewals, to understand their data needs and provide solutions to complex data-related problems.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business operations, such as customer retention and revenue growth.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by management to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in Domo or other data visualization tools.
• Strong SQL programming skills, including expertise in writing complex queries.
• Programming skills in Python, R or Java is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
• Experience in a high growth environment or startup is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary range guidance for this position is:  $100,000- $150,000.00
