A rising force in the Generative Tech space, clients use D-ID’s platforms for anything from elevating online courses by adding digital instructors, to putting a friendly face on customer service chatbots, to crafting new forms of storytelling, all while dramatically reducing the time and cost of video production.

We are looking for a Data Analyst, to join our world-leading team in building high-impact products using state-of-the-art technology.

Overview

As a Data Analyst in a data-driven company, you will play an integral role in the company’s data strategy plan. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting all of the company’s data to help drive business decisions. You will be responsible for conducting a full lifecycle analysis, including gathering requirements, defining activities, and designing solutions. You will also be responsible for developing reporting and analysis capabilities, monitoring KPIs, and implementing quality control plans to identify areas for improvement, and assessing the success of business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with all company departments in order to collect and analyze data. This includes product metrics, marketing analytics, sales figures, prospect requirement data, feature requests, users payments, subscriptions, and support tickets.
  • Identifying impactful correlations by analyzing the collected data and generating actionable insights.
  • Producing comprehensive data reports and dashboards incorporating the latest data visualization methods.
  • Measuring and improving the KPI’s of all departments with an emphasis on Product.
    • Providing the events to be tracked for each feature or bug fix
    • Segmenting and assessing each feature according to the KPI it contributes to
    • Conducting A/B testing and gradual releases, monitoring them, and providing performance insights
  • Filtering, aggregating, intersecting, merging, and grouping data according to various parameters
  • Building and running complex queries within any possible criteria

Requirements

  • B.Sc / M.A in computer science, math or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a data analyst at SaaS high tech company
  • Technical, analytical, and mathematical skills with emphasis on statistics & probability
  • Experience with big-query frameworks
  • Experience with creating complex queries using JQL / SQL or similar query language
  • Deep familiarity with Mixpanel and Google Analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks
  • BI and multidimensional data intersection skills
  • Hands-On | Team player
  • Experience with Stripe, Hubspot, Salesforce, Auth0, and ElasticSearch - Advantageous
