You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the network of tools – which vary in maturity level – that underpin our procurement, logistics, inventory, and financial data. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a process-oriented individual who can envision a healthy end-state, craft a roadmap to get there, and bring the relevant stakeholders along for the journey.

  • Manage and develop a Data Analyst to support critical elements of the data roadmap
  • Maintain our existing master data infrastructure using a variety of softwares to ensure operational continuity
  • Be a steward of strong data cleanliness and quality who can diagnose errors or aberrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Procurement, Inbound Logistics, Inventory Control, and others to prepare data for business-critical analysis
  • When needed, perform ad hoc analyses to support high-priority supply chain and cross-functional initiatives

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

  • 3+ years of professional experience working in data or analytics engineering, ideally supporting an operations function
  • Comfort working across many platforms, from ERPs to Google Sheets and everything in between
  • Strong business intuition and ability to understand complex business systems, data architecture, and software design patterns
  • Proven track record of people leadership and development
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage non-technical colleagues on technical subjects
  • Comfort managing multiple projects concurrently and managing multiple deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of professional experience working in supply chain, planning, or operations
  • Experience with other back-end languages or programs (Python, DBT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with operations and supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, etc.)
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience with network strategy or inventory management tools
  • Knowledge of capital and financial planning methodologies

Compensation:

  • $120,000-$135,000 per year
  • An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
  • Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
