Job Description

Product Data Management Specialist - One Year - Temporary Contract 

As the Product Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing product life cycle in the ERP system, and creating and maintaining product specifications in the document control system. You will work closely with our factories and the global Product Data Management team.

In this role, you will: 

  • Maintain and create a product master data globally in ERP
  • Create and update bill of material globally in ERP
  • Provide product data relevant information as requested to other departments
  • Create product drawings by using Autocad
  • Create and update product specifications in document control system

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2+ years product data management or related experience 
  • Knowledge of / experience with SAP or Oracle is preferred
  • Exposure to Autocad 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Problem solving skills and an attention to detail is important for this role
  • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities, while adapting as needed based on business demands
  • Proficient computer skills are required
  • Good attendance and punctuality is a must
  • Resourcefulness, accuracy, problem solving, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Display a strong work ethic and commitment
