  • Work with teams to define clear and measurable metrics which follow the common framework. Embed consistently defined ownership, standards, Governance, and controls
  • Facilitate collaboration, or appropriate coordination of improvement projects. Target priorities and capacity where it makes the biggest impact
  • Enable the teams to build appropriate skills, knowledge and focus to prioritise Data Quality, improve and communicate consistently
  • Ensure teams develop and own data quality reporting and dashboards that clearly set out the current state and gaps against validated targets
  • Identify and define the need for any central resources to deliver the biggest impact around the key data quality goals
  • Provide challenge for operational efficiencies or cost-optimisation around how processes are managed or where resources are deployed
  • Identify solutions for new tooling or practices and embed these in our platform to drive consistent adoption with maximum impact
  • Increase observability, compliance and data lineage to ensure sources, pipelines and solutions adhere to expected standards
  • Seek opportunities for automated and analytical approaches to data quality, including Machine Learning, to support delivery at scale.

About you and how you can excel in this role

You have a passion for data quality and improving processes that increase the value of our data for our customers. You can coordinate senior stakeholders from around the business to endorse and support our data quality efforts.
