About your workplace at Bosch
During this one year internship you will be supporting the Digital Marketing Team in many different areas in online marketing. One of the most important topics is the responsibility for the Dremel websites in all available languages. You are coordinating the website content, daily changes, running campaigns and A-B testing You will be the first point of contact for our local brand managers all over the world and for external agencies.
Another important area where you will assist is the measurement and analysis part of online marketing. We use quite some tools for analysing web-traffic, social media, ratings and reviews etc. You will assist to analyse the data and propose improvements. Besides this you will work on many different topics like email marketing, social media, trends in online marketing, preparing presentations for meetings, online advertising, GDPR topics.

Job Description
The marketing team within Dremel is responsible for all brand related topics, both online & offline. The team is responsible for setting up the strategic framework and supports the roll-out of activities at all user journey touchpoints throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia & Pacific and Latin America. This concerns a wide variety of projects like:
- Content marketing & PR (set up of content marketing strategy, press releases, media ads etc.);
- E-commerce & In-Store (branded dealer content (amazon A+), packaging, planogram, creation of banners, shop displays, catalogue etc.);
- Website (maintenance of website: update product info, project inspiration, coordination of new pages , A-B testing, analytics etc.);
- Social media (set up & maintenance of social media channels with local countries & agencies, e.g. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, data gathering and defining insights and improvement points, etc.);
- E-mail marketing (set up email campaigns: design & define content for newsletters and analyse results to determine improvements).
We work together with 20 brand managers worldwide, they coordinate the rollout of the communication materials & translate our strategy to their local region.
The Marketing and Communication interns will work closely together as a team, and during the internship we will see which tasks will fit your personality and capabilities.
Qualifications

Additional Information
This internship will give you the opportunity to experience all aspects of marketing communication project management in a global corporate environment. You will work in a dynamic department with an open culture and friendly colleagues.
We offer:
- Versatile internship within a challenging working environment of an international organization;
- Internship allowance up to €500,- per month;
- Extra monthly allowance of €450,- for accommodation (in case you have to move to The Netherlands);
