Job Description

The Enterprise Master Data Management team is responsible for governing, coordinating and maintaining critical master data and other data related to customers, products, vendors, chart of accounts and additional key data elements across Experian's enterprise systems, as well as managing the quality and integrity of the content of the Enterprise Corporate Data  Our team members are spread out between Chile, Malaysia, UK and the US.

What you'll be doing?

  • Responsible for the set up and maintenance of product data in key systems (Salesforce and Oracle).
  • Establishing relationships across the world and advising on product inclusion, product structure and related data elements.
  • Review product submissions for completeness, quality and adherence to standards and add them to Salesforce while coordinating alignment with other functions.
  • Performance of data audits, identification of data quality issues, responding to partner’s data questions.
  • Measuring data quality improvements and revising, documenting and formalizing data standards and processes on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with business partners to create processes to meet their product business needs participating in actions from clarifying the need, brainstorming solutions to implementation.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Hands-on knowledge of data management tools
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce, Oracle
  • +2 years working experience in the related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective oral and written communication in English 
  • Ability to learn quickly and think logically
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to research and resolve complex problems
  • Strong organizational skills and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a virtual small team environment
  • Flexible working hours due to clients in multiple time zones
