We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team and help us drive growth through data-driven insights.
Overview
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to our marketing team based on data analysis. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, conducting deep-dive analysis of marketing performance, and identifying opportunities to optimize our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics across all marketing channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Work closely with data engineers to optimize data infrastructure for advanced analytics
- Ensure marketing data governance, troubleshoot data, and provide deeper insights on business KPIs
- Use advanced statistical techniques to analyze and interpret data related to marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelors’ or above in quantitative field: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years experience using analytics to drive key business decisions; examples include business/product/marketing analytics, business intelligence, strategy consulting
- Deep understanding of SaaS Marketing demand funnel - B2B and B2C
- Familiarity with marketing tactics, including campaigns and marketing channels such as SEM, Display, and Email, is a plus
- Experience with Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Segment, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

SF Bay: $111,000 - 166,000
