Job Description

The Senior Associate People Shared Services (HRIS) position is responsible for performing system consulting & administrative work within the Data Integrity & Systems team including looking after the Human Resource Enterprise System as Functional Consultant for Publicis Sapient. The position will sit within the People Success vertical. This position will be working with multiple teams and will need to communicate effectively with people of all job levels and personalities. The ideal applicants will be eager to help on a variety of projects and be continuously looking to grow their skills

  • Requirement gathering of system requirement – new request or enhancement of existing tool
  • Partnering with enterprise architecture team; business team, GDPO, GSO etc. to align on the requirement, meeting compliance standard
  • Managing user acceptance testing process (working on test scripts, identify tester, executing test scenarios, reporting defects and fixes etc) and coordinating with business team on the change management and communication plan.
  • Provides regular status report and updates to stakeholders and partnering with HR Operations to share update on the system changes, which impacts regular operations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive employee data professionally and respectfully
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations, including the organization’s Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
  • Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs and systems. Assist in ad-hoc projects and other functions as assigned


  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Prior work experience in implementation on any HRIS system (oracle, sap, workday, cornerstone, etc.)
  • Strong team player who is outgoing and personable with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree and year of work experience of 4 to 8 years or any combination of education, training, and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
