Who we are looking for.

At heycar, we're searching for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and help us make informed business decisions using data. As Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing the next-generation Business Intelligence stack, promoting a data-driven culture, and providing decision-makers at all levels of the company with a single source of truth. You'll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and business stakeholders, to create scalable BI solutions for the company and elevate our data analysis.

• The Passion: You’ll be a data guru who loves making data relatable and actionable for all
• The Communication: You are able to communicate with wider teams in the business in a ‘non-data’ way, with high proficiency in English 
• The Experience: Knowledge and use of SQL. dbt is a plus
• The Drive: An eagerness to learn about new business models and new coding languages and tech stacks
• The Tools: Strong experience with ELT and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• The Analysis: Strong analytical skills with a clear focus on providing actionable insights

What you will do.

• You’ll be the voice of data and bring data to life in the business
• You'll use SQl from the data collected in our data lake to provide an accurate picture of our performance
• You’ll own the quality of aggregated data and distribute data sources to the wider organisation
• You’ll build rich dashboards and reports for functions across the organisation
• You’ll deliver insights to drive performance forward
• You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance and Commercial teams in their data needs
