Job purposeThe individual in this role will work closely with customers to diagnose and solve technical issues, as well as establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. Extensive experience in Machine Learning, effective communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Duties and responsibilitiesCollaborate with customers to diagnose technical issues with their Machine Learning and Data Management approachesDemonstrate resourcefulness by conducting research, coding, or consulting with in-house experts to create solutions for customer issuesEstablish meaningful connections with customers to understand their objectives and needsClearly and concisely communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Continuously expand your knowledge and share it with customers to enhance their success and experience
