The opportunity

The revenue data specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entry into our systems, as well as acquiring new data to expand our knowledge of both prospects and customers. This role will sit within the Growth Team as part of the wider revenue business and report directly to the Head of Growth.The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, including customer information, sales data, and other relevant information.
• Maintain and update our CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

• Conduct research to acquire new data and expand our databases, including identifying potential new sources and developing relationships with third-party data providers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for data entry and acquisition processes.

Required skills:

• Attention to detail – important that what we add to Hubspot is complete and accurate
• Problem solving – should be able to solve problems and identify and resolve any issues related to data acquisition and management as well as finding solutions for meeting other stakeholder data requirements.
• Collaboration- Growth are not an island! We work cross collaboratively with various teams – fostering good relationships is a must.
• Excel Spreadsheet Skills – the individual must have a working knowledge with using Microsoft Excel ability to with the ability to perform a vlookup as an absolute minimum standard.
