We’re looking for a new Data Science & Analytics Lead (full-time) to support our growth towards this ambition.

Your new role
Data is at the heart of New10. It plays a central role in our business strategy. As the Data Science & Analytics Lead at New10 you will think about the bigger picture of data-driven banking. Your focus is to support the organization in day-to-day decisions. Together with the Data Team you create and execute New10’s (data) strategy and ensure it is aligned with New10’s business goals to create real value for our customers. There is a strong connection between the Data Team and the domain teams, and you support your team members to deliver value in the domains.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Creating, aligning and executing New10’s Data Strategy to support reaching our business goals and creating value for our customer
• Maturing our Data & Analytics capabilities (data processes, ownership, handling, quality, and analysis) in close collaboration with Product, Tech, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Risk and People to support the scaling of New10
• Enabling New10 in our daily use of the data to support model development and data-driven decision-making,
• Leading, developing, and mentoring New10’s Data Team
• Setting priorities for the Data Team to support the New10 organization

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has...

• 3+ years of experience in leading, developing, and mentoring Data Team
• Experience in Data Science & Analytics with a hands-on mentality
• Experience in creating, aligning and executing data strategy
• Experience in managing diverse stakeholder fields existing out of different experts in fields of Product, Tech, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Risk and People
• Experience in fostering data-driven decision-making
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Experience in start-up or scale-up is a plus
