Job Description

The GTM Sales Insight and Data Manager is a fantastic opportunity to join the GTM Sales Operations Team within Experian UK&I GTM. This role will play a pivotal part in helping GTM meet our revenue growth targets over the next 3–5-year horizon. Working closely with our GTM Leadership Team and other senior stakeholders, this role will drive data accuracy and visibility as well as Sales performance through translation of data into actionable targeted insights.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the sales verticals with the cadence around the forecasting process;
  • Maintaining CRM structures and data accuracy - Execution on account hierarchy and segmentation frameworks across GTM Sales;
  • Facilitating pipeline reviews and create standardised leading/lagging indicators and metrics that can be actioned upon to improve overall sales performance;
  • Working collaboratively with Marketing to provide comprehensive analysis of territory alignment and contestable market/portfolio to drive prospecting opportunities;
  • Working alongside global team to create and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and intelligence establishing a consistent standard and automation/self-serve wherever possible;
  • Driving pipeline management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units;
  • Leading the Data Steward, maintaining data rules, data quality, metrics, and governance;
  • Informing revenue growth by cross- selling and upselling value add analytics;
  • Acting as the GTM guardian of the CRM system and related/supporting systems, leading implementation of recommended changes.

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

  • Around 5 years in a data focused insight role in a complex global environment;
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com and sales forecasting & reporting tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau;
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for linking data to real world challenges;
  • Strong data manipulation skills and proven experience in leading insight creation projects;
  • Good understanding of data privacy legislation;
  • Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights and metrics to improve sales performance;
  • Strong business acumen, able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution;
  • Experience in evaluating sales opportunities, territories, markets;
  • Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way;
  • Demonstrated success working in a high-growth, fast-paced global environment;
  • Excellent communicator and results-driven collaborator with superb influence skills.
