Job Description

As a Senior Manager with our Data Scientist group, you will be responsible for consulting clients on data science solutions.  

Your role will be focused on delivering high quality solutions while partner with our clients to identify opportunities that can be solved using data.

What You’ll Bring 

• Proficiency in Python and its main libraries 
• Knowledge of well-known algorithms including classifiers, regression, clustering 
• Strategic advice on how to deploy enterprise grade machine learning solutions 
• Experience translating business opportunities into machine solvable solutions 
• Experience in owning the end to end pipeline for machine learning from data management to live production  
• Experience in working in cloud environments 
• Provide technical thought leadership, coaching and mentorship in the field of data analytics in working with engineering and other cross teams  
• Help establish standards in machine learning and statistical analysis to ensure consistency in quality across projects and teams  
• Grow, manage and convert the data science deal pipeline 

Qualifications

You’ll Also Likely Have Some Of The Following  

• Experience in researching and evaluating open source and vendor solutions in the analytics platforms space to guide solutions 
• Experience with neural networks, NLP and computer vision 
• Experience with Data related technologies, to include knowledge of Big Data Architecture Patterns and Cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP) 
• Identify new opportunities within the machine learning and AI space  
• Any active participation in the Data Scientist thought community (e.g. blogs, keynote sessions, POV/POC, hackathon)

• You’ll have proven track record of delivering real business impact through data 
• You’ll have excellent written and verbal communications skills 
• You’ll have the ability to translate complex solutions into well-structured and simple to understand recommendations 
• You’ll have ability to work with limited supervision 
• You’ll be a confident and concise oral presenter
