We’re a high-performance team of around 50 people. We have freedom and responsibility, a culture that encourages innovation, offers ownership and embraces knowledge sharing. We are now working as a team first, remote friendly company, arranging monthly get-togethers and regular team retreats. We also have a co-working space in London for collaboration and socialising.
This is a data driven role, the expectation is to perform analysis, produce dashboards, present findings, model data and fundamentally keep learning and iterate on the learnings gained and help the product evolve based on this learning.
Reporting to a Product Manager, this role will be fundamental to the Build-Measure-Learn paradigm we are employing here at token.com as part of our product development strategy. We cannot learn something without measurement, we cannot measure something without building, fundamentally we must learn and iterate based on learnings.
Requirements
A few of the responsibilities for this position include:
- Partner with stakeholders (e.g., Product, Growth, Engineering, Finance) to build and help improve acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Conduct rigorous exploratory data analysis, create executive-facing automated dashboards and collaborate on building business cases that drive decision-making and product roadmap prioritisation
- Synthesise large volumes of data with attention to granular details and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Own product metrics (build, evaluate and maintain product dashboards)
- Data driven development: analyse metrics, identify pain points in the customer journey, propose new solutions (supported with relevant data discoveries)
- Data mapping between systems
- Document the current process
- Product thinking, always thinking about the customer and how we can use data to learn more about the customer
Requirements
- Previous experience working with datasets (SQL, BigQuery)
- Previous experience working with mobile app analytics
- Experience producing dashboards and presenting to teams across the company
- Experience analysing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesising insights into actionable solutions
- Previous experience performing ad hoc analysis on product/business problems and presenting the findings
