Job Description

• Supporting a Run the Bank process in the Production environment (ETL) running on a Oracle database.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Have
• Work with the Subject Experts to assist with source data-related technical and data quality issues.
• Support to the ETL (ELT- Extract, Land and Transform) process and conform to the standards set out.
• Build and use the data visualisation tools available
• Support the Output process by using tools (Sqoop, Hadoop, Apache)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field
• PL/SQL (Our Product is running on an Oracle database)
• SQL Developer and Visual Studio
• Unix/Linux
• AZURE Certified

Skills:

• Strong data analysis skills
• Strong Troubleshooting skills
• Hadoop (Sqoop, Hive, HBase, HDFS, etc)
• Basic Unix skills would be beneficial

Experience: 

• 3-5+ years of PL/SQL experience
• 3-5+ years of ETL and reporting experience
• 4+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and highly pressured environment.
