SUMMARY:

Working on the Analytics & Insights team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for producing monthly asset roll forward reports and provide quality assurance oversight (data error detection and correction) on business processes where data is collected, stored, transformed or used. The Data Analyst’s strong data analysis skills will ensure clean data that can be used by stakeholders to make better data driven decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Attention to detail, ability to work within compressed timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of how various data issues impact the company’s overall data environment and reporting performance.
  • Ability to investigate data issues, implement solutions and reconcile variances.
  • Ability to work with a team as well as individually to help achieve department goals and timeliness of production needs.
  • Interdepartmental communication and working with various levels of associates to resolve data issues and assist with new projects.
  • Able to prioritize issues and projects in a growing environment.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000 per year. In addition, we also provide generous benefits to all our full-time employees. 

Qualifications

  • SQL or equivalent relational database/data language system such as Azure, MySQL or SQL Server Management Studio required
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Prior experience using the following systems – Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar BI software experience.
  • Ability to define, produce, and maintain audit reports.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Understanding of the need for data entry accuracy and investigative skills for resolution of ongoing and new initiatives
  • 3 years of Experience
