Job Description

Bosch research is investigating how machine learning methods can be applied in practical applications. The aspect of training models on data from individual machines so that they can then be used for prediction is of central importance.
In order to investigate the industrial applicability of our developments, a demonstrator will be set up that consists of several devices.

  • For this, we search for students who are interested in building and operating the demonstrator and let the components communicate with each other via an edge-device-independent service.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: good knowledge in operating systems like Linux and Windows, knowledge about computer hardware of all kinds (PCs, Jetson boards, controllers...), programming skills in Python
  • Personality and Working Practice: motivated, structured, innovative and team-minded
  • Enthusiasm: willing to fight until the things behave like they should

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 10 h/week
