Job Description
As a Master Data Management Product Analyst, you will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of product data in key systems such as Salesforce and Oracle financial systems. This will require establishing relationships across the world and advising on product inclusion, product structure and related data elements. You will review product submissions for completeness, quality and adherence to standards and add them to Salesforce while coordinating alignment with other functions to ensure set up and alignment in those systems. This will require an understanding of Experian’s complex product and business hierarchies as well as similar products in other regions. Performance of data audits, identification of data quality issues, responding to partner’s data questions requires attention to detail, problem solving skills, and data manipulation abilities. You will be responsible for measuring data quality improvements and revising, documenting, and formalizing data standards and processes on an ongoing basis. Once competency is established, you will be able to work with business partners to create processes to meet their product business needs participating in actions from clarifying the need, brainstorming solutions to implementation.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree
- MS Office – Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Hands-on knowledge of data management tools
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce, Oracle
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective oral and written communication in English
- Ability to learn quickly and think logically
- Strong attention to detail with ability to research and resolve complex problems
- Strong organizational skills and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals
- Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a virtual small team environment
- Flexible working hours due to clients in multiple time zones
