Job Description

As, SVP Global Data Strategy, you will be responsible for analyzing data, generating requirements, building documentation, and supporting the agency in the development of data product/solutions. The role requires collaborating closely with leaders across global markets to provide content and serve as an advisor for key clients and opportunities.  This person must be proactive in anticipating and prioritizing the business needs of the team and must possess superb time management and product management skills. 

The Data Strategy team is pivotal in realizing the Product vision by building successful and innovative technology solutions.

Role Objectives:

  • Support agency onboarding to data products and services
  • Maintain guidelines per data and reporting requirements
  • Develop detailed data processing documentation
  • Analyze data availability in context of data requirements
  • Engage with product, client agency teams and engineers as needed to support data products
  • Conduct audits of sample datasets to ensure alignment to requirements
  • Prepare reports, recommendations and general documentation as needed
  • Support remedy of issues found within data sets including identifying issues, solutions and coordinating for resolution

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts
  • Experience working with omnichannel media analytics for both agencies and clients related work
  • Experience building Client presentations to mid-level and up to C-level clients across Markets
  • Hands-on experience in platforms such as Ad Server, DMP, DSP
  • Manage team of distributed resources
  • Build upon Data and Platform Strategy foundation

Deep understanding of technology and data ecosystem

  • Ability to develop capability requirements and identify gaps
  • Ability to translate business needs into a supporting data and platform strategy
  • Future focused use case development
  • Lead Process and workflow enhancement

Strong marketing operations background

  • Proven ability to build relationships with local markets and influence from afar
  • Ability to develop and support deployment of marketing proof of concepts
  • Ability to lead and manage senior level client conversations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Ability to listen and translate needs into solutions
  • Proven track record of managing client expectations
