You will be engaging with senior level stakeholders and be required to deliver work that will have a direct positive impact on their commercial decision making. We pride ourselves in being a small, independent, and dynamic business that has an excellent track record developing talented individuals, helping them grow professionally and personally through mentorship, client-side experience, and industry exposure.

📝 The role

We are looking for a leader in the data space to help us expand our delivery capacity whilst maintaining the high level of quality, pragmatism and honesty we have become known for. • Driving team performance: Ensuring that all team members are applying themselves in the best possible way and delivering work to the highest standard.
  • Creating a high performance environment: Line management of the data engineering team, creating an environment of collaboration, support, development and high performance.
