Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Data Engineer in San Mateo, CA to work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables that meet requirements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience developing parameterized graphs with different inputs/requirements. Prior experience must include five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting production and multiple test environments (SIT and UAT) and resolving defects; extracting, transforming and loading data from database systems and sources; developing various UNIX wrappers to run various AB Initio jobs; designing test cases and validation scripts for projects; and utilizing Data Warehouse technology, Banking and Finance domain, ETL - AB INITIO, GDE, Cooperating system, Informatica, Oracle 11g, SQL, UNIX Shell scripting, PUTTY, Teradata, Postgres, DB2 & Control-M. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
