Job Description

The Global Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks including reporting, savings analysis, invoicing and budgeting management.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for validating and reporting on procurement engagements within for performance tracking and providing data analysis
  • Responsible for maintaining centralised data sources and building reporting to track and monitor the portfolio
  • Maintain and design procurement data spend for review by consolidating spend data in different formats 
  • Investigating and analysing existing spend in an area through ERP data, contract and vendor analysis
  • Connect and collaborate with team leads to build performance reporting for markets, hubs and agency overviews
  • Consolidation and formation of required communications including board level presentation
  • Maintain and create dashboards for teams within Business Intelligence tools accurately display what is provided in source data

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience

  • Must be a Microsoft Excel expert
  • Completely literate in English language and ideally one or more foreign language skills
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tools
  • Solid financial understanding
  • Good communicator
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • A proven team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Nice to have – SQL knowledge

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
