About The Role & Team

The Deal Desk team is dedicated to supporting our Quote to Order Process. We do so by sitting at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance, and Accounting, acting as a strategic advisor, managing the deal flow and driving sustainable growth while minimizing sales cycle times. In this role, you will primarily work with Salesforce and our CPQ quoting tool to optimize our renewal quoting process.  You are a sound business thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is not a full-time role, but a 6-month contract. 

 

 As a Data Quality Senior Analyst, you will: 

  • Process & systems - partner across teams to drive improvement in our automated quoting processes and systems improvement, enabling a better experience for our sellers and customers.
  • Identifying where things are broken and take the initiative to drive improvements
  • Insights & Reporting - partner with Deal Desk and Customer Success Strategy & Operations teams to help report on key contracting metrics.
  • Understanding the inner workings of the business and connecting the cross-functional dots to drive improvements.
  • Creatively finding ways to tackle existing problems using data, processes, and technology.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst roles
  • Knowledge/experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through; can own and take tasks through to completion.
  • Passion for going above and beyond to solve advanced problems and build scalable processes

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude California: California hourly salary range: $52.88 -$92.78 per hour base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission).
