Job Description

Key parts of this role will include the following but not be limited to: 

Developing new tools for the EMEA research platform; 

  • Reporting/dashboard functionality – for research and internal clients/business teams
  • Review and start developing links to local research (sub-markets), TimeXtender
  • Develop site selection/location strategy tool/dashboard – to external clients
  • Support global occupier guide production with EMEA content
  • Mapping assessment/integration with GIS system

EMEA/Global Capital Markets 

  • Colliers deals alignment / track record with RCA & Cherre
  • Client deal/fund data analysis / integration: Cherre +++++
  • Disposals dashboard – fund expiry, ESG, debt, other
  • Acquisitions dashboard – fund raising, high buy-side activity levels

Qualifications

Real Estate experience preferred
