We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Warsaw or remotely.

The project:

Our client's activities focus on helping product teams create and sustain value creation through plan-build-measure-learn solid cycles.

Through the diligent, thoughtful, and well-tuned instrumentation of analytics collection tools, you will ensure that the organizations that the client works with have the opportunity to use data to fully fulfill their mission.

Our client's projects always focus on specific, measurable goals, where proper data collection is always a critical step. As a Data Analyst, you will have insight into the entire feedback loop to see how your implementation of data collection leads to better decision-making and goal achievement.

In the presented project, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply best practices of analytical instrumentation, along with discovering new tools and processes to achieve goals more creatively and efficiently.


You will be responsible for:
  • Identify and document data collection needs from external customers and evaluate appropriate analytics and reporting tools
  • Implement analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Identify and document gaps between source data attributes and data structure needed for desired report visualizations.

  • Collaborate with project-employed data engineers and/or client engineering teams to support the construction and testing of extract-load-transform (ELT) data pipelines to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Exploring source and report data in search of new insights that contribute to the client's strategic objectives, sharing these insights in the form of actionable recommendations or items for further investigation.
  • Create reports and visualizations according to security and performance standards using tools such as Looker Studio and Metabase, presenting reports to clients, including instructing them on how to use interactive visualizations
  • Executing ad hoc data mining and analysis requests to gain insight into the desired portion of customer operations.
  • Create internal project documentation and set organizational standards for the data analyst function.

Requirements

What's important for us:

  • Experience with implementing event analytics in web applications using GA4, Facebook Pixel, Maxipanel, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with exploring data to find valuable insights and patterns for further investigation
  • Experience with creating event-tracking requirements for product engineering teams
  • Ability to present work to both: technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with sending application event data to analytics and CRM platforms
  • Experience with developing data visualization dashboards and reports (such as Google/Looker Data Studio, Metabase, Tableau and PowerBI
  • Good business English & Polish is written and spoken.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with either SQL, Python, or R to gather, transform, analyze, and give recommendations based on data
