Who You are:

This Data Analyst role will increase our speed to insight around key business questions from our various stakeholders and expand the data team capabilities in many critical areas of Easypark. 

This person will work with our existing team of Data Scientists and across Easypark partnering with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and Support functions. You will be responsible for providing data insights, reporting as well as providing accurate and timely data for ad hoc/one-off requests to support and enable data driven decision-making for various stakeholders.

Successful candidates will work cross-functionally with key business partners and will come prepared with new ideas and a unique point of view. You have the ability to execute and can manage multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines. You are a data junkie that knows what quality data means and what will help to improve it.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership on the best approach for what data is needed and the methodology required to solve complex root cause analysis on business problems to identify insights that inform and drive key business decisions.  
  • Standup reports/dashboards that deliver a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy in reporting as well as clearly showcasing any discovered insights to help drive better decisioning.
  • Ability to extract data (from a variety of sources like Snowflake, Postgres, Salesforce and Mixpanel) and perform detailed data analysis on internal processes and productivity.
  • Lead goal setting, tracking and defining reports, and supporting company-wide metrics (Board reviews, QBRs, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)) through a regular cadence for daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analytics.
  • Support financial month end close processes, providing research on out of balances in invoices and settlement reports
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects, reconciliations as needed.
  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product team to reconcile, identify/define problems to implement processes and standards that inspire trust with data and provide consistent metrics across the organization.
  • Create presentations that capture key operational metrics, articulate results, and convey actionable business insight for both sales management and executive audiences.
  • Provide and support ad-hoc reporting services for non-standard issues and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant sales/business/finance operations experience with solid understanding of SaaS business models.
  • 3+ years of Python or other language with demonstrable evidence of data analytic processing
  • Experience building complex financial and forecast models. 
  • Advanced experience working with various BI tools (Tableau, Looker etc.) **required**
  • Advanced experience with SQL **required**. 
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with various stakeholders in building intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations that drive business decisions. 
  • Ability to breakdown down fuzzy business questions into actionable and useful data insights
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, and ability to follow-through
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment and to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Intermediate ability in statistical analysis preferred.
  • Strong technical and critical problem solving skills are preferred to better understand the Parkmobile product. 
  • Experience with DBT is also a bonus.
