The Market Intelligence team in particular focuses on applying population, market, and socioeconomic data on creating stronger job offerings and selecting the best locations for new facilities. As a Business Analyst for Market Intelligence, you become a trusted go-to person for different data domains, curating data and answering critical business questions through reporting and dashboards. You also serve as the voice of your customers, communicating the needs of candidates and associates to internal program and product teams focused on improving the hiring experience. You turn data into actionable insights through reporting and visualization to tell a meaningful story.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field; or 3 years of relevant experience
· Knowledge of SQL and basic statistical analysis (e.g. linear regressions and chi-squared tests)
· 2+ years experience with proven Data visualization skills utilizing Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or other comparable data visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in leading requirements sessions or technical discussions for solution design
· Experience building trust and strong customer relationships
· Other complimentary technical skills (scripting, advanced data visualization, etc) that bring your data story to life
· High attention to detail for requirements definition and documentation, or spreadsheet wizardry
· Analyst mindset that can decompose a problem to its component parts and put it back together again; finds answers to your own questions spontaneously and automatically
