Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Review of requirement and understanding of Automotive Dealership Sales, F&I (Finance and Insurance), CRM (Customer Relation Management), and Inventory forms
  • Identify required forms per state, and dealer requirements – Dealer or OEM forms
  • Identify forms in the library that can be assigned to existing forms
  • Identify new forms
  • Understand how the dynamic data that needs to be populated from the application on the forms
  • Identify standard form field data versus custom user defined form field data versus calculated fields
• Functional testing experience of web/cloud based applications
• Configure/Setup the new forms into the Forms Library
• Validate the forms post set up for the dealership
• Work with UI/UX developer to create new forms
• Provide implementation support for new dealerships
• Handle new form request or change requests for configured forms
• Triage and handle post go live support
• Collaborate and work with cross functional teams like Technology, Implementation and Support teams

Skills and Experience

• Undergraduate degree or related work experience in ERP/DMS
• The ideal candidate should have worked on forms process or posses right experience in implementation of ERP/DMS system
• Hands on experience on Testing – ERP or DMS Implementation
• Good functional understanding of DMS application – SALES and F&I module
• Exposure to Testing Peripherals such as Laser/Impact Printer and scanners
• Experience with Java Programming or Some Programming language
• Experience in working with Adobe Acrobat, JIRA or Bug tracking tool
• Experience in transforming requirements into Implementation
• Good communication skills to interact and present findings to team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks that are aligned
• Ability to work cooperatively as a part of a global professional team that may be distributed across geographies and time zones
