Job Description

As a business analyst you take over responsibility for the 2nd Level Support of Master Data Management processes.

• You will work in a multicultural environment. 
• You will find new solutions for new users requests with focus on compliance.
• You will create documentation of new and existing master data processes in the internal knowledge database and make suggestions for improvement.
• You will define master data maintenance processes along the master data lifecycle from phase-in to phase-out.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Management / Engineering, Business administration or a comparable qualification
• Good communication skills and proactive, solution-oriented working methods
• Basic knowledge of SAP and one or more SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO)
• Knowledge of master data in SAP (customer, vendor and material master)
• Experience with workflow tools and their implementation
• Experience in (agile) project management as well as in cooperation between the user department and the IT department is a plus
• You like working in an international and motivated team that keeps in contacts closely
• Excellent English language skills
