📝 The role

We’re growing – fast – and have big ambitions across both the consultancy and technology spaces. In order to achieve these ambitions, we’re hiring a Principal Business Analyst to deliver top quality project and programme delivery for our clients.

  • Understanding and assessing our clients complex data worlds, their systems and processes and how they work operationally
  • Assess risks and make future proof recommendations for solutions or improvements such as systems architecture, ETL, scheduling, tools / platform, data architecture and governance
  • Using various performance reporting systems like MS Excel, Visio and SQL
  • Drive conversations about various subjects with stakeholders, advising on actions and time frames required and presenting recommendations back
  • Unpicking solutions at a detailed level, gathering requirements, understanding different perspectives and the value of various project activities

🧑 A bit about you

We have a strong ethos of accountability, quality and integrity at Intuita and like to work with people who believe in this too. We also really value collaboration and teamwork, working together to solve problems but always having fun along the way. We want you to bring your own personality and approach to the role, but you’ll also need:

  • Experience working as a Senior Business Analyst in a highly complex, corporate environment
  • Background as a data designer, developer or analyst, with previous hands-on experience using SQL and building data solutions in a highly complex environment
  • Proven experience owning relationships with stakeholders in a data driven environment, building strong relationships, influencing at all levels and presenting ideas in a user-friendly language
  • Previous work within a Business Intelligence, Marketing or Finance team, working to enhance data solutions in order to solve business problems
  • An organised, logical and curious nature, with strong attention to detail

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000
